INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:
Job Title – Document Controller
Project – Residential and Commercial
Job Location – North Dublin
Salary – €50K – €60K BOE
About the Company
Working with a busy Main Contractor on a mix of residential and commercial projects across North Leinster region currently require a Document Controller to come on board and join their team. Projects range in value form €1M to €50m.
This would be a great opportunity for a Document Controller to join their Team and will take responsibility for the full suite of documentation required in order to support the company’s product ranges and new and existing projects.
The Role
- Source and file certificates for BCAR and O&M Manuals.
- Partake in administration and office management duties.
- Liaise with the design team, clients, site staff and Senior Management.
- Monitor updates to drawings and ensure all stakeholders have the latest/ correct versions.
- Ensure that paper copies of drawings, correspondences and plans etc. in the site office are all up to date.
- Support Senior Management in the compilation of all documents required for ISO accreditation and ensure procedures are followed by all company personnel by carrying out and assisting with annual audits.
- Partake in site visits when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a document controller or site administrator role with a Main Contractor in ROI.
- Working knowledge of construction-based software such as; View Point, Procore, Zutec etc.
- Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
- High level of competence with MS Office, Visio, Lifecycle Management Systems, Ticketing Systems and Wikis.
- Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication Skills.
