At Informa, no two days and no two people are the same, and you'll find the freedom, opportunity and support of a fantastic community to make a real impact. We’re an international business that connects specialists with knowledge, helping them to learn more, know more and do more through live and on demand events, digital and data-driven services and academic research. We are home to over 14,000 colleagues across 30 countries and are a member of the UK’s FTSE 100 group of leading public companies.
This role is based in our 5 Howick Place office. As the Change, Comms and Training Lead for the Buyer Experience (Lead to Cash) Workstream of our OneInforma programme, you will develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy that ensures successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working across the Buying Experience value stream, focusing on the people side of a transformation programme across multiple businesses, ensuring successful adoption, minimising resistance, and embedding new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the change strategy, developing comprehensive change vision, strategy, and governance framework aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct cultural assessments, tailor change approaches to organizational context, partner with Business Readiness on workforce implications, and embedding new ways of working into BAU operations.
- Execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies, lead detailed impact analysis at role and process levels, and ensure consistent multi-channel communications.
- Provide strategic direction on training priorities and delivery, conduct readiness assessments, define go/no-go frameworks, and coordinate readiness activities across workstreams.
- Define benefits frameworks, design adoption measurement approaches, monitor engagement throughout programme lifecycle, and integrate new ways of working into performance management.
- Design integrated governance structures with decision rights and escalation paths, define success metrics, advise leadership on progress and risks, and manage critical escalations.
- Assess change maturity, deliver change leadership development programmes, coach senior managers, and develop reusable change tools and playbooks to build organisational change capability.
- Establish Change Champion Network, facilitate change community of practice, and build organizational change muscle through internal practitioner development.
- Align change initiatives with other programmes, manage interdependencies, execute formal transition to BAU with knowledge transfer, and establish continuous improvement culture.
This is a rare chance to help steer a multi-million-pound transformation at a FTSE 50 company - work of real scale and consequence. The programme is ambitious and high stakes but you’ll be at the centre of a global change effort, balancing a clear central mandate with practical, on-the-ground execution across divisions. It’s a platform to step into a large programme-focused role, navigate risk, shape strategy, and turn decisions into outcomes visible in the business and to customers.
You’ll gain meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, sales leaders, and operations, with tangible impact on the buyer experience and Lead-to-Cash, grounded in the cyclical and physical realities of the events business. You’ll build credibility by setting clear direction, enabling teams, anticipating issues early, and maintaining healthy, constructive tension to keep momentum. You’ll also be well supported - with strong sponsorship, a collaborative peer network, and room to grow.
Expect to define the strategy, refine a global business readiness playbook, deepen your change leadership, and deliver achievements that accelerate your career.
Skills and Experience Required- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives, including vision setting, governance frameworks, and success metrics that link change activities to measurable business outcomes.
