One day you'll be planning a Microsoft 365 or Azure migration, the next, you'll be on-site helping a customer roll out new infrastructure, solving a networking issue or recommending the best solution for their business.
You'll work directly with the business owners, have the freedom to get things done, and be trusted to make decisions.
The customer base is built entirely from referrals and recommendations, so you'll be supporting loyal local companies that value good service and long-term relationships.

- What you'll be doing
- Leading IT projects, including Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations.
- Visiting customer sites across Warwickshire to install, configure and support IT systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site.
- Building long-term relationships with customers and becoming their trusted IT expert.
- Supporting the Service Desk by responding to incidents and service requests.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing PCs, servers and network equipment. You’ll need knowledge of:
- Azure, 365 and Share Point
- Windows Server 2012–2019
- Networking, LAN, WAN and WLAN
- Firewalls and VPNs
- Plus, a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (you’ll be paid for your mileage) The perks and benefits
