Tired of being stuck in a ticket queue?
You're ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and get the recognition you deserve.
You'll get variety by getting out from behind your desk; visiting customers, supporting projects, and solving problems that matter.
You’ll be your customers’ IT hero. You're happiest when you're hands-on, building relationships and seeing the difference your work makes.
One day you'll be supporting a Microsoft 365 or Azure migration.
The next, you'll be on-site rolling out new infrastructure, untangling a networking issue, or advising a business owner on the right solution.
With a customer base built entirely from referrals and recommendations, you'll be supporting loyal local companies that value good service and long-term relationships.
You'll work directly with the business’s owners and alongside the Service Desk team, from their newly refurbished office - you're not a fan of remote working so that suits you perfectly anyway.
