Join a business where your attitude is way more important than your experience. Where your keenness to learn outweighs what you know already. And where it doesn’t matter what industry knowledge you have, as long as you can provide a great service to their customers. If you haven’t worked in an office before, this is your chance to learn valuable skills such as office etiquette, administrative processes related to customer service and sales, new computer systems and software, and build upon your telephony customer service skills. Liaising with customers, suppliers, technicians, and other team members, you’ll learn to solve problems that get the best outcome for your customers, too. And if you already have all of this, you’ll be putting your service and coordination skills to the test, and quickly adding value by slotting into the commercial team and supporting its administration. If you’re looking for a varied role, this one promises you that! Although you’ll mainly support the commercial team - which works closely with new build developers - you’ll also muck in to help other departments when needed, giving you variety and exposure to other areas of the business. With two new well-known business customers on board, a recent merger, and more investment for further growth in 2026, you’ll be joining a busy and successful company that can offer you secure employment. Monday to Thursday, you’ll work 8am to 5pm, and on Friday, you’ll finish for your weekend at 3pm!
What will you be doing:
- Sending quotations and processing orders.
- Processing installation paperwork.
- Processing warranty registrations.
- Packing and dispatching product samples.
The business: Well-known within the construction industry, supplying high-end products to commercial and retail customers. They also have a beautiful showroom on-site, where the public can visit to view their extensive product range.
