The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
You’ll have full control to secure new business without the pressure of sales targets or KPIs. With freedom to have client conversations, so you can close deals your way. And with your personal service, in time, you’ll really get to know your clients. This is a small, tight-knit team – you’ll be the fourth member of the department - so you'll have the chance to get to know all of your colleagues. And there’s lots of scope for you to develop your career in this business as it’s part of a much wider group. When you join, you’ll receive thorough product training to allow you to promote and sell with confidence. You’ll also attend yearly CPD training to keep you up to date with the industry. There’s a 10% bonus to top up your salary, 27 days of annual leave, 10% pension, membership to a gym that’s just around the corner, health insurance, group income protection, and a day off a year to take part in voluntary work of your choice. You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
What will you be doing:
- Managing incoming new business and renewal calls, website leads and chat messages, converting leads into new business opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Reviewing and negotiating renewal terms.
- Using your industry knowledge and experience to answer clients' policy queries.
About you:

- You have excellent communication skills and a great telephone manner – to liaise with professional clients.
- You’re confident - to lead negotiations to close deals.

The business:
It’s the only one of its kind in the UK and provides a professional and personal service to private individuals. It operates on a 37.5-hour week. So, you’ll work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
