This Customer Service Administrator position is an opportunity for someone with at least one year of administrative experience looking to take the next step in their career. It will require excellent attention to detail, great organisation and a confident telephone manner. Initially, the main focus of your role will be to support the customer services team by processing a high number of orders – so you will be quick on the keyboard and have a high level of accuracy. However, to streamline manual processes, the business is upgrading its software system, so you will have the chance to expand your skills as the responsibilities evolve – making this an exciting role for someone adaptable, open-minded and keen to learn new processes and procedures. The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator will be: * Responding promptly to the sales order queue. * Prioritising orders. * Inputting all necessary parts and arranging the delivery schedule to meet agreed delivery dates. * Providing stock availability. * Confirming credit approval. * Generating customer invoices. * Working alongside other departments in the business. Your hours will be 8:30-5:00, with 30 minutes for lunch. After a 6-month probationary period, you will receive 25 days of annual leave, a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, the company pension scheme, and the option to take advantage of the cycle-to-work scheme.
