INFORICH EUROPE LTD is seeking a UK-based Product Manager to lead the localization and operational scaling of our IoT platform across Europe. This is a pivotal role for an analytically-driven Product Management professional who possesses a strong technical aptitude and a disciplined approach to product delivery. You will work across mobile app and IoT product UI/UX, payment and billing systems, and the end-to-end operational infrastructure required to scale a hardware-enabled consumer product in Europe.
As the primary product lead for the region, you will be responsible for establishing the technical and operational infrastructure required for the UK market and setting the stage for broader European expansion. You will serve as the critical link between local business operations, local user needs, and our distributed engineering teams in Japan, China, and Taiwan.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Product Localization & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end adaptation of ChargeSPOT for the UK and European markets. This includes owning the roadmap for payment gateway integration, ensuring GDPR and local regulatory compliance, and managing complex financial system integrations (VAT, invoicing, and reconciliation).
- Drive UX & Market Adaptation: Translate local user behaviours and cultural nuances into tangible UI/UX improvements for both the mobile application and physical device interfaces. You will ensure the product feels native to local markets.
- Cross-Regional Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between European operations and engineering teams in Asia. Translate local business and user requirements into precise technical specifications and ensure development velocity is maintained across time zones. Manage release coordination across multiple time zones and development centres.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Define and own product KPIs. You will build dashboards, establish regular performance reviews, and utilize data to drive improvements in user activation, retention, and unit economics.
- Product Operations & Strategy: Author clear, detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and present them to engineering and leadership stakeholders to ensure alignment. Operationalize new features by developing comprehensive playbooks, QA protocols, and training materials. You will formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate based on quantitative results.
- Technical Background: Demonstrated experience in software development or technical product management (e.g., Computer Science degree, technical bootcamp, or 1–3 years of industry experience). You must possess the ability to understand complex system architectures, evaluate technical trade-offs, and discuss API integrations with engineers.
- User-centered Design Thinking: Skilled at reframing ambiguous technical challenges into structured, human-centered requirements that engineering teams can execute. Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals to produce clear, actionable specifications.
- Execution & Ownership: A strong bias for action with a focus on testing, measuring, and iterating. Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder delivery cycles with minimal supervision. Structured, highly organized and capable of operating in a fast-scaling ambiguous environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Experience coordinating with distributed engineering teams. Strong written documentation skills, particularly for PRDs and cross-functional specifications. Experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams is essential.
- Product Lifecycle Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, from hypothesis generation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- IoT & Hardware Systems: Experience building or supporting IoT ecosystems (integrated device, cloud, and application environments).
- B2C Mobile Experience: Proven track record of improving UI/UX for consumer-facing mobile apps, specifically in localized markets.
- Backend Engineering: Exposure to backend development concepts, specifically Java.
- Growth & Payments: Prior experience with mobile consumer products, QR code workflows, or payment checkout optimization.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Business-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong asset for collaboration with engineering partners.
- Analytics: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Full-time Permanent Position
- Hybrid Structure
- 32 Days Annual Paid Leave
- Birthday leave
- Flexible Working Hours
- Laptop, Mobile and Essential Tools Provided
- Founding UK Member: The opportunity to establish the product culture and operational standards for the UK branch.
- International Scope: A role deeply embedded in global operations, working daily with teams across Asia and Europe.
- Professional Development: Significant autonomy and ownership over a market-critical product roadmap.
