About our opportunities
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. In this pre-sales role, you will be at the forefront of engaging with prospective and existing MSP partners—delivering compelling product demonstrations, leading technical discovery sessions, and proving the value of inforcer for multi-tenant management. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving adoption, supporting the sales cycle, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Presales Engagements: Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that showcase inforcer’s capabilities for multi-tenant management, security, and operational efficiency.
- Technical Discovery & Solution Mapping: Engage with prospects to understand their business and technical requirements, mapping these to inforcer’s features and benefits.
- Proof of Value: Develop and present proof-of-concept solutions, technical deep-dives, and ROI analyses to demonstrate how inforcer addresses MSPs’ pain points.
- Trusted Advisor: Guide MSPs through technical evaluations, onboarding, and enablement—helping them realise the full value of inforcer.
- Community Advocacy: Drive engagement within the Microsoft 365 and MSP community, especially via online platforms like Discord, to support partner learning and enablement.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to respond to RFPs, technical questionnaires, and participate in solution design workshops.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product team to inform ongoing development and innovation.
- Enablement & Training: Deliver presentations, workshops, and enablement sessions for partners and internal teams to upskill on Microsoft 365 and inforcer best practices.
- Stay Current: Keep up to date with Microsoft 365 developments, new features, and industry best practices to ensure inforcer remains at the cutting edge.

Skills We Need for This Role:
- Proven experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution engineering in the SaaS cyber security space.
- Experience with MSPs or Microsoft 365 would be beneficial.
- Experience in delivering engaging product demos and technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong consultative skills—able to translate technical features into clear business value and ROI for MSPs.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting sales cycles, including discovery, solution mapping, and objection handling.
