About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Paralegal to join our Legal team. In this role, you will focus on improving our legal records, contract management and internal Legal processes. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Review, organise and maintain customer, supplier and commercial contracts within our contract repository.
- Extract and track key contract information, including renewal dates, notice periods, termination dates and other critical obligations.
- Identify missing agreements, incomplete records and inconsistencies, helping to ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
- Develop and implement clear folder structures, naming conventions and document management best practices across Legal documentation.
- Manage and maintain legal templates, precedents and standard documents, ensuring approved versions are easily accessible.
- Organise corporate records, including company incorporation documents, board approvals, shareholder documentation and entity information.
- Create and maintain trackers for contractual, corporate, regulatory and compliance-related deadlines and obligations.
- Monitor contract renewals, corporate filings and key compliance activities, ensuring important dates are not missed.
- Document legal processes and create practical procedures, checklists and workflows that improve consistency and efficiency.
- Support the wider Legal team with legal operations, contract administration, compliance activities and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Skills We Need for This Role:
- Previous experience as a paralegal, legal operations professional, contract administrator or in a similar role, ideally within an in-house Legal team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to bring structure to large volumes of documents and information.
- Comfortable taking ownership of defined projects and working independently.
- Practical and process-oriented, with an interest in improving how Legal teams operate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
- Commercial contracts and/or corporate administration experience would be advantageous.
- Experience within a technology, SaaS or fast-growth business would be helpful but is not essential.
