About the Role
As a Partner Success Manager you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with our MSP partners across EMEA. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring clients are supported, engaged and seeing measurable value from our platform. This is a high-impact role where your ability to understand client needs, drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities will directly influence our continued success in the region.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of MSP clients, ensuring they achieve optimal value from our platform.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities by understanding client goals and aligning them with inforcer’s solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally, relaying insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help improve our platform.
