About our opportunities
We’re currently seeking a community focused and commercially minded Microsoft 365 Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. This role will focus on driving community and advocacy across the Microsoft 365 and MSP space whilst supporting wider presales, post sales, and technical support functions. You’ll lead advocacy within the Microsoft space and actively support our MSP community to become better Microsoft Partners. Leading conversations across events and conferences whilst providing key insight and support to our internal team.
What you’ll be doing
- Leverage deep experience in building and managing high-impact partnerships in the Microsoft, MSP and SAAS marketplace
- Build programs to maximise the value of inforcer within the Microsoft and MSP ecosystem
- Utilise networks to increase inforcers market presence and act as the face of our dynamic and vibrant community. Attending regular events and conferences
- Drive our online community, particularly across Discord, to encourage active engagement and support partner learning and enablement
- Lead the Microsoft certification program to enable our internal team and partners to upskill and increase their knowledge of the Microsoft Ecosystem
- Become a trusted technical resource to support sales and post sales processes, adding deep technical knowledge to conversations
- Help clients with understanding our product and services through the onboarding and enablement journey
- Support our product development with your knowledge and expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Deliver presentations to potential prospects and drive one-to-many enablement sessions with our partners
- Supporting MSP’s to become better Microsoft partners
- Upskilling our internal team and partners with your Microsoft knowledge
- Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 developments, new features, and best practices

Skills We Need for This Role
- Expert in Microsoft 365
- Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and optimization
- Deep expertise in Purview (would be a massive plus), Copilot, Intune, SharePoint, Defender and Microsoft Entra
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices
- Proven ability to educate, mentor, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Previous experience as a solutions architect or consultant would be highly beneficial
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
