We focus on providing MSPs with fundamental tools and technology they need to manage Microsoft Security policies for multiple tenants in a simple and effective way. Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP!

We are seeking a partner focused, organised and dynamic junior Implementation Manager to join our growing team. This person will support the onboarding of new MSP partners, organise webinars and classroom training sessions and maintain valuable documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing project timelines, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Technical expertise—particularly within the Microsoft stack—is preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple implementations, hosting client webinars, & supporting group training sessions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Webinars: Plan, book and co-host client facing webinars to increase their knowledge of the inforcer platform as well as ad hoc topics.
  • Classroom sessions: Organise, plan and support client facing classroom training sessions and assist the implementation team with delivery of sessions.
  • Implementation: Support the delivery of multiple implementation sessions, managing the project and client communications.
  • Documentation: Proactively updating & creating documentation, creating video content for internal training as well as customer facing; this includes staying up to date with latest feature updates to the inforcer platform.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process. Expanding Microsoft knowledge, and completing SC-900.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our solution meets their expectations and business requirements.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process and upon its completion.
  • Process Improvement: Help drive improvements to onboarding processes and the overall client experience.

Skills We Need For This Role

  • Some experience as an Implementation Manager or project management would be advantageous.
  • Strong project management and client communication skills.
  • Previous experience in general administration is essential.
  • High levels of organisation. Able to organise and plan busy implementation schedules.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience contributing to video and educational content would be valuable.
  • Strong ability to maintain technical documentation and process.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
