About the Role
We’re looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Senior Legal Counsel to join the inforcer team. The Legal Counsel will act as a trusted business partner to Sales, Partnerships, and Finance across multiple regions, while working closely with the Chief Legal Officer to ensure consistency, risk management, and scalable legal processes. What you’ll be doing
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including:
- SaaS customer agreements
- MSP / partner agreements
- Channel and reseller contracts
- NDAs, DPAs, MSAs, SOWs
- Unblock late‑stage deals
- Explain legal positions pragmatically
- Support enterprise and strategic negotiations
- SOC 2 readiness and audits
- Other compliance frameworks, including CMMC/NIST 800‑171 and ISO 27001
- Security questionnaires and customer due diligence
- Contract templates
- Policy updates
- Basic employee relations queries

Skills We Need for This Role
Required
- 3‑5 years PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience negotiating SaaS and enterprise contracts
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy law matters
- Comfortable partnering directly with Sales and exec stakeholders
Helpful but Not Essential
- In‑house commercial experience (SaaS / tech & US experience preferred)
- Exposure to US and EU law in a commercial environment
- Experience supporting international or UK‑based leadership teams
- Ability to work flexible hours to support other time zones on occasion
- Familiarity with MSP, channel, or partner‑led sales motions
- Experience in scale‑up or Series B–D environments
