About the Role
We’re looking for a highly impactful and data‑driven Marketing Analyst to join the inforcer team. You will be responsible for ensuring our marketing and sales teams have accurate data, clear attribution, and actionable insights to drive revenue. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing and sales to improve funnel performance, optimize lead quality, and provide visibility into what’s actually driving pipeline and closed‑won business. What you’ll be doing:
- Gather and review data from all marketing sources, including but not exclusive to PPC, SEO, Events, Email Campaigns, Webinars, and CRM data.
- Working in close partnership with the events, marketing and sales teams to collate useful insights to help optimise the funnel.
- Own full‑funnel reporting from Lead → SQL → Opportunity → Closed Won.
- Analyse conversion rates at every stage and identify opportunities to improve pipeline velocity.
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to turn insights into action.
- Track and report on speed‑to‑lead and SLA adherence.
- Deliver clear, board‑level reporting on marketing ROI and KPI dashboards.
- Own all global marketing and events reporting and automation in our CRM, HubSpot.
- Support multiple marketing initiatives in parallel without losing attention to detail.
- Measure campaign performance against goals and feed insights back into future planning.
- Continuously improve marketing processes, workflows, and ways of working.
- Conduct ongoing analysis to identify performance issues and optimization opportunities.

Skills We Need for This Role:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing focused role in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience using marketing project management tools such as Asana.
- Previous experience within the MSP or Cybersecurity industry is highly advantageous.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot (reporting, workflows, attribution, lifecycle stages).
- Experience building and optimizing lead scoring models.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, B2B SaaS funnel analytics and pipeline metrics and marketing principles.
- Experience with multi‑touch attribution and channel ROI reporting.
- Excellent data analytics experience.
- Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent).
- Proven ability to translate data into insights that drive action.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams.
- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, and HubSpot integrations.
