Arrow Global is hiring a VP in Portfolio Management to support the Managing Director in driving performance across a portfolio of real estate-backed investments.
Key responsibilities- Drive value, cashflow and exit performance across the real estate investment portfolio, working with Transaction and Asset Management teams.
- Serve as both an internal and external-facing representative, including reporting to the LP investor base and coordinating with third-party service providers.
- Maintain strong day-to-day portfolio oversight and a deep understanding of underlying investments.
- Strong knowledge of real estate-backed investments and portfolio management.
- Strong analytical rigor and ability to coordinate cross-functionally.
