Role Overview
Radiant, an AI-native infrastructure investment platform established by Brookfield (a global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion in AUM across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power, private equity and credit), is hiring a Principal, Investments to lead its investments team's underwriting and transaction execution work across GPU clusters, AI factories, and related infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own underwriting models for GPU clusters, AI factories, and strategic partnerships
- Lead financial analysis: valuation, returns modelling, scenario analysis, risk assessment, long-range planning
- Evaluate customer contracts, GPU procurement arrangements, and power strategies with commercial and infrastructure teams
- Support origination and screening of new investment opportunities and lead due diligence
- Structure investments across equity, debt, and hybrid capital solutions alongside the capital markets lead
- Participate in negotiations of acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic transactions
- Prepare investment committee materials for executive leadership and shareholders
- Monitor portfolio performance against underwriting assumptions
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, project finance, investment banking, or digital infrastructure
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution skills
- Understanding of debt financing and capital structure analysis
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsNice to have: experience in data centres, GPU infrastructure, or hyperscaler ecosystems
