# Senior Investment Associate Revent Senior Associate Venture Capital Full-time Location London, United Kingdom Compensation£85,000–£100,000 + performance bonus + carried interest Date Posted July 14, 2026Stay ahead of the market Get instant notifications when new job openings matching "Venture Capital / Senior Associate jobs in London, United Kingdom" are published.## About This Role Revent is an early-stage venture capital firm backing founders building companies that matter, deploying a fresh €112 million fund to invest in around 40 early-stage companies pushing the boundaries of AI and frontier tech.
The firm has already backed companies such as Avelios Medical (a Sequoia-led Series A) and Tem Energy (a Lightspeed-led Series B), alongside several unannounced rounds with Tier 1 funds.
Revent is hiring a Senior Associate to join its investment team full-time in London.
The firm deliberately keeps its investment team small so it can move quickly on opportunities, making this a high-ownership, high-agency role with exposure to every part of the investment process as well as firm-building.
Core responsibilities include owning sourcing end-to-end — using self-built agents, personal networks, and original research to identify outlier founders before anyone else and leading these opportunities through diligence to an investment decision.
The Senior Associate will develop investment theses in spaces others haven't yet mapped, support founders with what they need before they ask, and help identify and build what the firm is missing.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an investor at a venture fund, within an angel syndicate, or as an active angel, with a track record of sourced or championed deals, developed theses, and founders willing to vouch for them.
A technical background (hard sciences, computer science, or AI) is highly valued, as is prior experience at a fast-growing tech company.
Since much of the team is based in Berlin or Munich, the Senior Associate must be able to operate independently in London and bring an existing UK/London-based network.
This is a full-time role based in London; Revent is not sponsoring work visas, so candidates must already hold the right to work in the UK.
Compensation ranges from £85,000 to £100,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus and a carried-interest component. #J-18808-Ljbffr
