Brookfield Infrastructure Group is one of Brookfield's primary operating groups, one of the world's largest infrastructure investors, owning and operating critical assets across transport, utilities, energy, and data infrastructure sectors, with approximately $191 billion of assets under management.
This role sits within the Brookfield AI Infrastructure Fund (BAIIF), Brookfield's latest flagship infrastructure fund strategy, which is in the process of raising a $10bn fund with a founder close already completed at $5bn including NVIDIA as an anchor investor.
In October 2025, BAIIF announced a strategic partnership with Bloom Energy Corporation to fund up to $5 billion of capital to develop 1 GW of behind-the-meter, low-emissions power generation capacity for AI infrastructure projects.
Brookfield (90%) and Bloom (10%) will jointly fund projects meeting strict investment criteria, including investment-grade offtakes, long-term contracts, and minimum return thresholds.
The role will exclusively focus on managing the Capital Markets and Investment requirements of the partnership with Bloom Energy, based in London as part of the BAIIF team, including leading new financing, capital markets refinancing, hedging strategy, ITC monetisation and tax equity processes, and critical analysis of new contracts.
