Founded in San Francisco in 2000, the network connects accredited angel investors, venture capitalists, and institutional partners with high-growth, early-stage founders. Keiretsu Forum launched its London chapter in 2023 and is seeking an ambitious, high-agency Managing Director to scale UK operations and accelerate portfolio velocity.

As Managing Director, the successful candidate will own the strategic vision, commercial growth, and operational execution of the London chapter. This is an entrepreneurial mandate at the intersection of venture capital, community architecture, and operational excellence, reporting directly to the Board.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Positioning Keiretsu Forum London as a premier tier-one angel network in the UK.
  • Driving revenue by expanding the accredited investor membership base and securing corporate sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
  • Sourcing, screening, and selecting exceptional startups for monthly pitch sessions and orchestrating member-led due diligence processes.
  • Overseeing end-to-end chapter operations, budget management, and both online and in-person investor events.
  • Building deep relationships across the UK startup and investor ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience in venture capital, angel investing, or entrepreneurship, with strong commercial instincts and a passion for early-stage innovation. Prior experience managing a community or network organization is an advantage.
