About This Role

Investment Manager, Private Equity Fund & Co-Investments — London (via PER) PER is recruiting for a well-established international asset manager with a successful private equity fund and co-investments team. The firm has an enviable track record investing via funds and co-investments across Europe and the US, working across the mid-market to large-cap space and active as a co-investor with a number of their GPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence on co-investment opportunities
  • Conduct due diligence on private equity funds including track record analysis, benchmarking, and referencing
  • Prepare investment recommendation papers for presentation to the investment committee
  • Assist in closing processes (legal review, AML/KYC workstreams)
  • Assist in covering the European private equity market — engaging with existing managers, screening new managers, and maintaining market maps
  • Monitor existing fund investments and co-investments
  • Assist in preparation of Board papers and results announcements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in private equity investing as an LP or GP
  • Financial analysis and modelling experience
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
