The FSE Group, a UK impact-led investor providing debt and equity funding to SMEs, is hiring an Investment Associate in London to support deployment of the new £40m Future London Fund, which provides £1m-£3m venture debt loans to high-growth London SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify businesses aligned to lending criteria with growth/scale-up potential
  • Analyse financial accounts, management information, and financial models
  • Support credit paper preparation and attend credit committee discussions
  • Manage post-approval processes including legal documentation
  • Monitor portfolio performance and prepare credit proposals for amendments
