The fund has built a strong track record of successful investments across a broad range of sectors, operating as a generalist investor focused on well-managed, high-quality businesses.
Key responsibilities include: serving as an active member of the investment team across the full deal-making process; originating new deal opportunities; performing commercial and financial due diligence and building detailed financial models; executing deals including structuring, negotiation of terms, and managing external advisors; and ongoing portfolio management work.
