Greenwich Partners is recruiting an Investment Associate for a leading small to mid-market private equity fund and merchant banking group based in London. The fund invests generalist across Europe, primarily in small and mid-cap businesses.
The Associate will be an active member of the investments team across the full deal-making process, including:
- Deal origination
- Performing commercial and financial due diligence
- Building financial models
- Working on deal execution (structuring, negotiation, and advisor management)
- Supporting corporate finance advisory mandates
The fund is particularly interested in professionals with backgrounds in top-tier strategy consulting (Parthenon, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, OC&C), private equity, or investment banking. A strong track record and genuine interest in small to mid-cap investing is essential.
