JSS is recruiting for a leading international investment platform managing capital across complementary strategies including Private Equity & Venture Capital. The Head of FP&A is a newly created, high-profile position reporting directly to the CFO, with accountability for Group and Fund financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting.

Role Overview: The successful candidate will lead a team of 3-4 FP&A professionals and work closely with finance, investment, and portfolio value creation teams, providing analytically rigorous insight to support strategic planning, investor communications, and capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Group FP&A: Lead consolidated forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes across all strategies and legal entities.
  • Prepare and own Group forecasts including liquidity analysis, cost optimisation, and strategy profitability reporting.
  • Produce board-level and investor-facing performance packs with financial narrative.
  • Provide analytical support for venture/growth investments including portfolio KPI reporting, runway analysis, and performance benchmarking.
  • Fund FP&A: Own the end-to-end fund FP&A cycle across Private Equity funds.
  • Manage capital call and distribution planning processes.
  • Calculate and validate management fees across multiple fund vintages.
  • Monitor fund operating costs and prepare fund-level valuation packs in coordination with investment teams.

Requirements:

  • Senior FP&A experience in a PE/VC platform, fund manager, or multi-strategy investment firm.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading FP&A teams and presenting to executive stakeholders.
