Antler, a global venture capital firm that has backed over 1,500 startups from the start across 27 cities, is hiring an Investment Associate in London for its Elevate Global Fund. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and supporting high-potential startups at Series A and B stages across Europe, including portfolio companies such as Lovable and Airalo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities across AI, B2B SaaS, fintech, and deep-tech sectors, with a primary focus on the European market.
  • Lead comprehensive investment diligence, including unit economics analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and technical architecture/feasibility deep-dives.
  • Support the full investment lifecycle by preparing investment memos for internal committees.
  • Manage relationships with founders and ecosystem stakeholders, and support portfolio companies on strategic growth.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as venture capital, technical product development, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Strong ability to bridge business and technical topics — comfortable analyzing both financial metrics (LTV/CAC) and product roadmap scalability.
  • Proactive, communicative, and able to synthesize complex ideas for senior team members and external partners.
