LocationLondon, United Kingdom## About This Role**Role overview**Capital Dynamics, an independent global asset management firm focused on private assets (private equity primaries, secondaries and direct investments, and clean energy), is hiring a senior Product Specialist to lead product development for its Clean Energy investment business. The firm was established in 1988, oversees more than USD 15 billion in assets under management and advisement, and has approximately 150 professionals across 14 offices in Europe, North America and Asia. Clean Energy is one of the largest UK onshore wind operators and holds one of the largest subsidy-free solar PV portfolios in Europe. The role sits in the Product Development & Strategy team and is supported by one junior team member.**Key responsibilities**- Product, marketing and fundraising: lead the creation, structuring, launch and coordination of marketing strategies for clean energy investment products in line with fundraising goals; compile fund offering documents and due diligence materials; drive product innovation; oversee RFPs, surveys and due diligence questionnaires- Stakeholder and client management: cultivate prospective investors, deepen relationships with the existing client base, analyse the LP market for new clean energy infrastructure investors, act as first point of contact for the sales team and manage client communications and investment summaries- Insight, ESG and profile: lead ESG integration across Clean Energy products, oversee the annual sustainability report, update client-facing materials and competitor analysis, and create materials for roadshows, events and conferences**Qualifications**- 10-15 years in a similar Renewable/Clean Energy investments or private equity infrastructure product development and/or investor relations leadership role, ideally at a buy-side firm- Ideally experience managing the launch of at least two clean energy, renewables or infrastructure funds or products- Excellent technical financial knowledge, including IRR, NPV and dividend yield- Proven project management ability and a track record of high-impact professional presentations**Location:** London area, United Kingdom. #J-18808-Ljbffr
