AustralianSuper, one of the world's largest pension funds managing over £200bn in assets globally, is hiring a Director, Private Credit (Infrastructure Debt) for its London-based Private Credit team, reporting to the Head of Private Credit Infrastructure Debt.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, underwrite, structure and manage complex infrastructure debt investments across the UK and Europe
- Contribute to portfolio construction, manager selection and strategic market development
- Source, originate and assess infrastructure debt investment opportunities aligned with the Fund's strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, borrowers, investment banks, corporates and advisers
- Identify emerging investment themes and sectors complementing the existing portfolio
AustralianSuper's Private Credit platform includes an A$7.5 billion global portfolio spanning infrastructure debt, real asset debt and middle-market corporate lending, with flexibility to invest across senior, subordinated, mezzanine and construction financing, and a long-term investment horizon for large, complex transactions.
