Golub Capital, a market-leading direct lender and private credit manager with over $90 billion of capital under management, is hiring an Associate for its European Direct Lending Team in London. Golub Capital specializes in financing solutions for companies backed by private equity sponsors, and its sponsor finance expertise underpins its Broadly Syndicated Loan and Credit Opportunities programs.

The European Direct Lending Team provides senior, one-stop and second-lien loans to European middle-market companies, structuring financing solutions with hold positions up to €300 million and underwriting senior credit facilities and a proprietary suite of GOLD (unitranche) facilities up to €600 million. The team covers five verticals — healthcare, consumer, restaurant and retail, software & technology services, and diversified industries and financial services — and has a track record of closing deals on time and on the agreed terms.

As an Associate, you will support deal underwriting, financial modelling and credit analysis for direct lending transactions to private-equity-backed middle-market borrowers, working closely with the Senior Vice President leading the Direct Lending team and across Golub Capital's global platform.

Golub Capital has over 1,100 employees globally and offices across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, nurturing long-term partnerships with private equity sponsors and investors.
