Seedcamp, one of Europe's leading seed-stage venture capital funds, is accepting applications for its Visiting Analyst programme, a 6-month placement that provides early-career professionals with hands-on exposure to the full venture investment process.

The Visiting Analyst joins the core investment team and participates in all aspects of deal activity. This includes sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting first-pass analysis of inbound applications, evaluating pitch decks, and preparing internal research on markets and competitive dynamics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending pitch meetings and partner sessions
  • Writing deal memos on prospective investments
  • Maintaining and updating the deal pipeline
  • Performing market research to support thesis development in areas such as fintech, developer tools, SaaS, and consumer technology
  • Supporting the portfolio team with introductions and follow-on monitoring

Seedcamp has invested in over 450 companies since its founding in 2007, including Revolut, UiPath, TransferWise (now Wise), and Hopin. The firm is known for writing the first institutional check into European founders and has a strong network of mentors, angels, and co-investors across the continent.
