Arrow Global Group is seeking an experienced Originator to join its London team covering the UK and Irish markets. The role focuses on identifying, sourcing, underwriting and executing value-add real estate investment opportunities across sectors, within the firm's Living department.
This position is suited to a commercially minded real estate professional with a strong network in banking, insolvency and restructuring. Core responsibilities include:
- Originating value-add and special situation real estate opportunities
- Building relationships with insolvency practitioners, receivers, administrators and debt funds
- Supporting investment committee materials
- Monitoring existing investments alongside the Asset Management team
Arrow Global is a European alternative asset manager with over €8bn in AUM focused on private credit, real estate and asset management. Minimum 5 years in real estate private equity, private credit, structured finance or special situations required.
