The role spans the full investment lifecycle — acquisitions, asset management, portfolio strategy, and transaction execution — with direct involvement in high-profile activity across UK and European markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and strategies
- Undertake detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation work
- Manage transaction processes: due diligence, structuring, financing, and execution
- Monitor and drive asset-level performance across the existing portfolio
- Work closely with operating partners, lenders, advisors, and stakeholders
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations
