A leading European Digital Infrastructure team within a global investment banking and advisory platform is seeking a Vice President. The team advises investors, operators, developers, private equity firms, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds and institutional clients on major data centre and digital infrastructure transactions across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading execution of M&A and Corporate Finance mandates across European data centre and digital infrastructure markets.
- Supporting M&A, fundraising, asset sales, recapitalisations, equity raises and strategic advisory projects.
- Building and reviewing financial models, valuations and underwriting materials.
- Preparing pitch books, investor materials, information memoranda and transaction documents.
- Coordinating due diligence, marketing processes and client deliverables.
Candidate profile:
- 5+ years of relevant transaction experience in investment banking, corporate finance/M&A advisory, infrastructure advisory, real estate capital markets, or private capital investment platforms.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, experience across M&A, capital raising, asset sales and refinancings.
