PJT Partners is a global advisory-focused investment bank providing strategic advisory, restructuring, and private fund advisory and placement services to corporations, financial sponsors, institutional investors, and governments worldwide.

About PJT Park Hill Secondary Advisory: The Secondary Advisory practice is one of the most experienced investment banking teams in the industry, involved in some of the largest and most complex secondary transactions since 2008. The team is fully integrated within the broader PJT Partners platform and leverages the firm's global relationships to deliver superior results across the private capital universe.

The team focuses on delivering independent advisory and execution services to financial sponsors and institutional investors across strategic transactions including:

  • Financial Sponsor Solutions: Fund recapitalizations, fund restructurings, tender offers, preferred equity and other debt-oriented solutions, management team spinouts
  • Institutional Investor Solutions: LP portfolio sales, single and multi-asset continuation fund structuring, GP-led transactions
  • Capital formation advisory for alternative investment managers including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute secondary market transactions across the full deal lifecycle from origination through closing
  • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation work on complex fund and direct secondary transactions
  • Coordinate with GPs, LPs, legal counsel, and other advisors throughout transaction processes
  • Develop and maintain client relationships across the private equity ecosystem
  • Contribute to business development and new opportunity sourcing
