Invesco is seeking an Associate Director to lead and execute product management initiatives for its European private credit business across broadly syndicated loans, CLOs, direct lending, and distressed credit and special situations. This role is based in London and partners closely with Portfolio Managers, Client Portfolio Managers, Distribution, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations.

The Associate Director will independently own key initiatives, contribute to strategic planning, and act as a senior product representative both internally and externally. A deep understanding of private credit markets, investment strategies, portfolio construction, risk, performance drivers, and market dynamics is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and overseeing regional marketing collateral and product messaging for private credit capabilities.
  • Leading responses to complex client inquiries and RFP/RFI processes.
  • Acting as subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to advance strategic product initiatives.
