BRDG3 Capital is a multi-vertical growth investment platform purpose-built around the UK-CEE corridor. The firm is raising Nexus Fund I (€200M target), a growth-stage vehicle investing across five verticals: Deep Tech & Digital Infrastructure, Interactive Industries, Experience Economy, Real Estate, and Foundation. Headquartered in London with operational presence in Bucharest and a Jersey-domiciled fund vehicle, BRDG3 has approximately 25 partners and advisors across 10+ nationalities.

The Head of Investor Relations will own the end-to-end LP relationship lifecycle for Nexus Fund I and lay the institutional foundations for BRDG3's IR function as the firm scales. This is a Director-level contract role working directly with the Founding and Managing Partners, with a highly visible and commercially critical mandate at the heart of the fundraise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • LP Outreach & Relationship Management:
    • Own and maintain the LP tracker across UK/Western European institutional capital (London) and CEE/EIF-side capital (Bucharest)
    • Manage the full outreach pipeline from first contact to data room access to closing
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for LP queries, coordinating with legal, compliance, and investment teams on due diligence
    • Build relationships with institutional LP targets including British Business Bank, EIF/InvestEU, Fund of Funds, family offices, and HNW networks
    • Track LP sentiment, objection patterns, and competitive intelligence to sharpen the fundraise narrative
  • Fund Communications & Materials:
    • Own the data room with accuracy, version control, and access management across all fund documents (IM, PPM, LPA, financial model, ESG framework)
    • Prepare quarterly LP update reports, co-investment teasers, and ad hoc LP communications
    • Draft and refine investor-facing materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and FAQ documents
    • Manage LP event logistics including the annual LP Day and portfolio showcases
  • External Communications:
    • Manage BRDG3's LinkedIn company page and support thought leadership content
    • Coordinate external communications in close alignment with the investment team
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, or LP communications within a VC or PE fund
  • Director-level seniority; ability to work autonomously and represent the firm directly in LP conversations
  • Strong network across institutional LP targets in the UK and/or CEE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce high-quality investor materials
