OakNorth is seeking a Director, Debt Finance to join its Real Estate lending team in London. Since 2015, OakNorth has lent over $21 billion across the UK and US, helping create more than 58,000 new homes and 36,000 new jobs while supporting economic growth in the markets it serves.
As a Real Estate Director, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of OakNorth's mission to back the UK's most ambitious entrepreneurs and growing businesses, with the freedom to originate and own high-quality deals end-to-end from first conversation to successful close.
Key responsibilities include:- Originating, structuring, and executing transactions that meet OakNorth's lending requirements.
- Managing and developing existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities.
- Working as part of a team on the execution of real estate and property transactions.
- Building the Bank's profile with SMEs, KBIs, advisors, and private equity firms.
- Assessing organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
- Spreading financial accounts.
