## About This Role**Role Overview**HarbourVest Partners is hiring an Associate, Product Management for its Direct Co-Investments platform, based in London or Dublin. For over forty years, HarbourVest has been home to a committed team of professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, delivering impactful solutions to clients and investing partners across private markets.**Key Responsibilities**- Support the growth and management of HarbourVest's global Direct Co-Investment platform- Sit at the intersection of investments, fundraising, client engagement, and business strategy- Gain broad exposure to product development activities tied to the co-investment strategy- Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, fundraising, and client-facing teams**Work Arrangement**The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 18 remote workdays per quarter available at the employee's discretion, subject to manager approval — for example, four days in-office per week with one remote day weekly.**Culture**HarbourVest fosters a collegial environment marked by low turnover and high energy, encouraging employees to build on their strengths and acquire new skills.
