Ares is seeking an Analyst for its European Real Estate Equity team in London. The Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, executing, and managing a wide variety of equity investment opportunities across all UK and European sectors and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate on small deal teams to evaluate and execute equity investment transactions
- Lead financial modelling and preparation of investment committee materials and recommendations
- Conduct market research and sector analysis across UK and European real estate markets
- Support due diligence processes and transaction execution from origination to close
- Manage new and existing investments and contribute to value creation initiatives
- Interact directly with investors, developers, lenders, and external advisors
