Drive end-to-end TPM implementations for consumer goods clients as a Functional Consultant. Lead requirements and testing, translate business processes into configuration, and partner with technical teams for successful go-lives and adoption. Client-facing role across UK/EU with periodic travel; we value ownership, pragmatism, and a collaborative, customerâcentric approach.
A Day in the Life (Typically Includes):
- Own delivery from initiation through go-live and hypercare in TPM projects.
- Facilitate requirements workshops with commercial, finance and IT stakeholders.
- Design/document end-to-end process maps aligned to TPM best practices.
- Translate business needs into configuration, integration and data specifications.
- Plan/manage testing: test plans, test cases, UAT, defect triage.
- Collaborate on integrations, data models, analytics and backend structures.
- Support data migration, validation, cutover and post go-live support.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive change management and capability building for confident adoption.
- Act as trusted advisor; identify follow-on opportunities with Commercial.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years in consulting, software implementation, or relevant consumer goods commercial/IT roles.
- Enterprise/SaaS implementation experience.
- Requirements-gathering facilitation and functional documentation.
- Process design skills (mapping; translating processes into system design).
- Testing experience (test plans, UAT, defect management).
- Ability to engage in technical topics (integrations, data flows, analytics, backend structures).
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior client stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented; independent, proactive problem solver.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct TPM implementation experience.
- TPM delivery for consumer goods/FMCG clients.
- Client-side TPM exposure (sales, revenue management, finance, IT).
- Understanding of trade pricing structures and promotional processes.
