Partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Services, the Principal Solution Architect translates complex business challenges into innovative, scalable solutions powered by Infor’s industry cloud platforms. A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and senior IT leadership within enterprise customer organizations.
- Leading complex pre‑sales engagements, shaping end‑to‑end solution strategy and architecture in partnership with Sales and Solution Consulting teams.
- Architecting scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions aligned with Infor’s industry cloud strategy and customers’ transformation objectives.
- Leading tailored solution demonstrations, proofs of concept, and executive workshops focused on business value realization.
- Providing architectural governance and strategic oversight throughout implementation and delivery phases to ensure alignment with original design principles.
- Supporting delivery teams in translating solution vision into executable enterprise architecture.
- Incorporating security, compliance, and regulatory considerations (e.g., role‑based access control, segregation of duties, SOX/SOC principles) into solution design.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to provide field feedback and influence roadmap direction.
- Developing reusable solution assets, reference architectures, and thought leadership content.
- Mentoring junior architects and contributing to knowledge‑sharing across the global Solution Architecture community.

- Rich background of experience in implementing major ERP Solutions.
- Brings strong expertise in the Distribution, Equipment and/or Rental industries, including exposure to equipment and rental business models.

- Demonstrates the ability to articulate business value and transformation impact, not just technical architecture.
- Is comfortable operating in high‑pressure, complex enterprise sales environments.

Basic Qualifications:
