As a valued member of our Technology & Innovation Sales team, the Senior Account Executive will inspire and empower organizations by sharing the transformative potential of Infor's digital business platform. You will engage with both existing customers and new industry partners to champion all aspects of our platform, including AI/ML Augmented Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic, Enterprise Automation, Process Mining, Enterprise Integration, and Data Management. We are looking for someone passionate about weaving compelling industry stories around innovative technologiesâalways through the lens of meaningful customer outcomes and the real economic benefits of digital transformation.
A Day in the Life
- Nurture strong, trustâbased connections with regional Infor sales teams and customers by understanding their unique challenges and goals.
- Partner with marketing and business development to design thoughtful marketing plans tailored to your industry accounts.
- Listen carefully to uncover prospects' business needs and align those with smart, innovative business platform solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging Câsuite presentations that focus on transformational outcomes and the client's vision.
- Inspire clients to rethink their business with innovation strategies grounded in clear ROI and costâbenefit insights.
- Keep your industry knowledge sharp by participating in user groups and monitoring competitive offerings.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Preâsales, and Solution Consulting to ensure smooth and clientâcentered solutions.
- Guide pricing and agreements toward mutually beneficial outcomes to successfully close deals.
- Keep account information and activities up to date in internal systems and communicate forecasted revenue clearly with your sales leadership.
Basic Qualifications

- A solid understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Hyper Automation, Enterprise Integration, and Data Management.
