The Team Manager for the Creative Studio leads a remote team of Designers responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand marketing assets at scale. This role partners closely with all roles in Marketing, including but not limited to Solution Consulting, Social Media, Field Marketing and Events teams to deliver repeatable, template-driven creative that resonates with target audience and is designed for repurpose wherever possible—while also supporting custom design needs for priority campaigns and event production requirements.
The Manager drives operational excellence across intake, briefing, SLAs, QA, and continuous improvement, enabling faster turnaround, stronger brand consistency, and increased throughput.

Location: Farnborough. This role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be based in our Farnborough office three days per week.
Typical Day In The Life:
- Lead & develop a distributed design team: Coach, review work, set goals, and build a high-performing culture focused on quality, speed, and accountability.
- Creative production at scale: Oversee execution of performance ads, paid social assets, organic social, content visuals, event creative (including production‑ready files as applicable), and campaign toolkits.
- Template-first delivery model: Expand and govern reusable templates and modular systems to maximize efficiency, reduce rework, and accelerate versioning.
- Brand consistency & quality control: Enforce brand standards through structured QA, checklists, and feedback loops; ensure outputs are accurate, on-spec, and ready for channel deployment.
- Workflow & intake governance: Implement clear briefs, defined SLAs, prioritization, capacity planning, and stakeholder communication to reduce ad‑hoc work and missed deadlines.
- Cross‑functional partnership: Translate marketing goals into creative deliverables; collaborate with channel owners to optimize creative for performance and iteration cycles.
- AI-enabled production (where appropriate): Pilot and operationalize AI-supported workflows for first-pass design, resizing, and versioning while ensuring human oversight and brand enforcement.
- Vendor/agency coordination (as needed): Coordinate overflow or localization support with external partners, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent quality.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years in a creative production/studio environment, including 2+ years managing designers (remote leadership strongly preferred).
- Strong command of brand governance, digital marketing creative best practices, and production workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to scale output through templates, systems, and process discipline.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud); comfort adopting AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills—able to clarify ambiguous requests, set expectations, and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting performance marketing creative (A/B variants, rapid iteration, channel specs).
- Familiarity with event creative deliverables and production considerations (print-ready specs, accuracy, vendor-ready files).
- Experience working within hybrid models (in‑house + offshore + agency/local partners) and operating with defined SLAs and intake systems.
Success Metrics (Examples): Turnaround time reduction, on-time delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, template adoption rate, revision rate, and quality/brand compliance scores.
