The Professional Services Administrator / Assistant provides key administrative and business support for a couple of Vice Presidents in EMEA. The role requires good judgment, confidentiality, strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. This is a full‑time permanent role requiring work 3 days a week from our office in Farnborough.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes:
- Arrange and manage rapidly changing and complex global calendars.
- Manage domestic and international travel, flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Participate in management team calls, issue agendas, take minutes, and monitor actions.
- Coordinate event planning and project management for executive(s) and customer visits.
- Coordinate divisional workshops, team events, off‑sites, and town halls.
- Process expense reports, ensuring accurate cost allocation and adherence to expense policy.
- Handle Tecom/Freezone visa processing and ensure timely completion of new and renewal visa processes.
- Issue HR letters (salary certificates, employment letters, NOCs).
- Review and prioritize emails and follow up on urgent action items.
- Assist with PPT presentations.
- Communicate positively and professionally with internal and external clients on behalf of the executive.
- Type letters, reports and other correspondence as required.
- Provide general administrative support.
