Implementation Consultant in Farnborough

Overview

The Infor Consulting Services Organization is looking for a Consultant to join our team supporting clients across the UK and Europe.

Using your experience in consulting and / or consumer goods, you’ll bring thought leadership and client understanding to solve complex and strategic issues. You’ll work on a variety of projects ranging from complex data analysis to software implementations, and play a key role in driving change management.

As a Consultant, you’ll collaborate closely with our development and consulting teams to implement software solutions and deliver strategic consulting services. You’ll work with cross-functional colleagues and clients to design and deliver solutions that address complex business challenges, combining technical implementation with business strategy.

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life Typically Includes :

• Acting as an expert and advocate for Infor applications and technology
• Providing consultative guidance and technical assistance to users, following Infor’s implementation methodology
• Decomposing complex problems into manageable pieces and communicating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Presenting to senior audiences, focusing on business value and solution impact
• Designing, developing, documenting, and delivering solution architectures that meet client needs

Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers.
