As the AI Marketing Content Lead for Infor, you will own the end-to-end workflow that turns generative AI outputs into polished, on-brand content that drives pipeline and product adoption. You’ll operate at the intersection of AI tooling, content strategy, and creative direction, guiding AI-assisted production while partnering closely with our in-house offshore creative team (designers and reviewers) to ensure every asset meets quality, accuracy, and brand standards. This role scales high-performing content without sacrificing craft—helping us move faster across campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, and customer education.

Location: Farnborough. This role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be based in our Farnborough office three days per week.

A Typical Day In The Life:

  • Direct AI content generation workflows: Build and refine prompting frameworks, reusable templates, and tool-specific playbooks to produce consistent drafts across formats (ads, landing pages, emails, social, one-pagers, explainers).
  • Manage remote creative review cycles: Coordinate handoffs to the offshore design/review team, define review criteria, and run feedback loops that accelerate iterations and reduce rework.
  • Maintain brand voice and quality standards: Enforce tone, messaging hierarchy, visual consistency, and factual accuracy; create QA checklists and acceptance criteria for "ready-to-publish" assets.
  • Operationalize experimentation and learning: Track performance signals (engagement, conversion, sales feedback) and translate insights into improved prompts, briefs, and creative guidelines.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Product teams to align content outputs to business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (LLMs and image/video assistants) for production workflows, including prompt iteration and evaluation.
  • Strong creative direction and editorial judgment—able to elevate rough outputs into compelling B2B narratives.
  • Proven project management skills (prioritization, scoping, timelines, stakeholder alignment) in a high-velocity environment.
  • Experience collaborating with remote/offshore teams, with clear communication habits and comfort working across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B2B SaaS/domain fluency: Experience writing or directing content for technical buyers (IT, security, data, ops) and translating product capabilities into clear value narratives.
  • Content performance & experimentation: Comfort with A/B testing, conversion-rate basics, SEO fundamentals, and using analytics to improve briefs, prompts, and creative iterations.
  • AI governance & responsible use: Familiarity with ethical AI practices (copyright/IP awareness, disclosure norms, bias checks, source validation) and building lightweight guardrails for teams.
  • Workflow automation mindset: Experience integrating tools (CMS, DAM, project trackers) and using automation/no-code to streamline briefing, versioning, approvals, and asset distribution.
  • Design/content systems experience: Exposure to brand systems, component-based design, or template libraries that improve consistency across teams and channels.
  • Editorial leadership: Experience developing style guides, voice/tone frameworks, and reviewer calibration to keep quality consistent across multiple contributors.
  • Global collaboration strengths: Prior work across time zones; bonus for multilingual capability or experience adapting content for regional markets.

Success Metrics:

  • Faster AI-to-publish production (shorter cycle time and higher throughput), high quality/brand compliance (strong right-first-time approval rates with minimal revision rounds), and ultimately measurable pipeline impact from shipped content (e.g., improved conversion rates, pipeline influenced).

What You Will Need:

  • Strong command of AI content tools (able to get useful drafts fast and refine prompts over time).
  • Clear creative judgment to keep everything accurate, on-brand, and high quality.
  • Solid project management to move work from brief → draft → review → publish without delays.
  • Great remote collaboration skills to coordinate smoothly with offshore designers/reviewers.
  • A performance mindset to learn from feedback and results and keep improving what gets shipped.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal team skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.

What Will Put You Ahead?

  • Prefer college degree, AI certifications or related work experience.
  • Possessing post-production video editing skills is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience with ClickUp, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and other design and AI tools is preferred.
