Exceptional growth means that we are looking for a Sales Director to lead our EMEA sales team. Reporting to our Global MES Sales Leader, your mission is to build a high-performance sales culture focused on realizing value for our customers, and drive revenue growth across EMEA.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Provide leadership and strategic direction to the EMEA sales team, ensuring alignment with Infor’s goals and vision.
* Coach and mentor sales team driving a value-based sales approach.
* Manage forecast and pipeline whilst following MEDDPICC philosophy.
* Work with customers and prospects to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and build our value proposition.
* Stay updated on the evolving Infor product landscape, positioning complementary applications effectively.
* Showcase the value proposition and competitive advantages of our solution.
* Drive demand-generation activities to raise awareness of Infor MES, working closely with other departments collaboratively.
* Provide relevant support at marketing events and conferences, including presenting and leading round table discussions.
* Travel throughout EMEA as needed to meet with customers on-site, valuing face-to-face interactions for building strong customer relationships.
* Work collaboratively with the MES business unit and wider Infor organization, establishing strong connections across the business.
* Enjoy high visibility within the organization, directly impacting Infor\’s success.
* Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining insights into customer needs and market trends.
Basic Qualifications:
* Proven track record in enterprise software sales leadership, ideally in MES/MOM or related solutions such as OEE, QMS, EAM, WMS, SCADA, and ERP.
* Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams, building a strong team culture, and doing the right thing for customers.
* Strong interpersonal and people skills, with the ability to empower your team by building trust and mutual respect.
* Extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in driving digital transformation initiatives.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
* Process-driven with exceptional attention to detail.
* Experience working in a team-selling environment, collaborating with other sellers to provide a comprehensive solution using a suite of products to add value.
* A history of collaborating with related teams (such as marketing) in a creative and thoughtful way.
* Adept at understanding customer challenges, and complex processes and situations.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Ability to think strategically out-of-the-box, consider the bigger picture, and identify market trends.
* Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences at different levels.
* Highly motivated, driven, and committed to making a significant impact in a high-growth environment.
* Experience developing and driving go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
