We’re looking for a visionary Industry Leader with deep domain expertise in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry. By leveraging industry best practices, you willaddress customers unique needs and goals, enabling them to stay ahead of the curve and drive competitive advantage in today\’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.
As the Industry Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in helping our Aerospace Manufacturing customers to manage their critical business processes and drive innovation. In this strategic role, you will not be hands-on in solution implementation—instead, you will serve as an industry expert, guiding our customers with insight, foresight, and thought leadership.
As a Trusted Advisor, your mission is to help clients navigate the future by identifying the innovations, capabilities, and strategies that will deliver long-term business value. You will collaborate closely with Infor’s product experts and implementation teams, who drive ERP deployment success, while you focus on shaping industry-specific roadmaps, enabling business transformation, and ensuring alignment with Infor’s innovative technologies and cloud platform.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers in the Automotive, Aerospace and Defence and Industrial Manufacturing sectors, with a deep understanding of their industry challenges, regulatory environments, and market trends.
- Define and communicate end-to-end solution visions—combining business strategy, technology innovation, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Infor’s delivery team to ensure alignment between business goals and ERP delivery.
- Lead customer-facing workshops and executive briefings to map out strategic transformation journeys.
- Present and articulate how Infor’s industry cloud solutions support innovation, sustainability, and scalability.
- Contribute to internal and external thought leadership—through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
What You Bring
- Proven expertise within the Discrete / Aerospace & Defence Manufacturing industry with the ability to develop and drive innovative solutions for our customers.
- Solid experience in solution architecture, business consulting, or enterprise advisory roles.
- Understanding of ERP and digital transformation within your assigned industry.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, from operational managers to C-level decision makers.
- Passion for helping businesses innovate and adapt through modern technology.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
