Join our dynamic finance team as an A/P Specialist II at Infor. We are looking for a highly motivated and tech‑savvy Accounts Payable Specialist to contribute to process improvement and technology integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and upload vendor invoices, supporting the GBS AP processing team in resolving queries by liaising with vendors and local Infor entities.
- Prepare, review, and process payment batches accurately and on time.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with month‑end closing procedures.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams within Finance.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and automate financial models and reports using available technology.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Some experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role, with a strong focus on technology and automation.
