We are looking for a senior sales leader to drive new business growth and build out our UK/EU presence across enterprise learning and workforce solutions. This is a player-coach role. You will lead from the front, building your own pipeline, opening new doors, and closing new logos, while also managing and developing a small team of sellers. You will play a key role in shaping regional strategy, driving performance, and scaling a high-impact sales capability.

Responsibilities- Drive new business growth through direct, outbound prospecting and enterprise sales engagement
- Build and convert pipeline across the UK/EU region, leading complex, consultative sales cycles
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of sellers, setting clear expectations and driving performance
- Support team pipeline development, deal strategy, and execution to improve win rates
- Open and grow strategic enterprise relationships, including new logo acquisition
- Partner with internal teams to shape and position high-value, outcome-driven solutions
- Contribute to regional strategy, including market focus, account prioritisation, and growth planning
- Maintain strong discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
- Proven track record of new business acquisition in enterprise sales environments
- Experience managing and developing sales teams, with a focus on performance and accountability
- Ability to build pipeline from scratch while also leading others to do the same
- Experience selling learning, training, or workforce development solutions
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in complex organisations
- Highly self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a player‐coach role
